1. Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

7. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
